Health is wealth. Perhaps it is the most valuable wealth because it means more than anything else to everyone. A man with I'll health may be very rich but he suffers and waits for death to end his sufferings. On the other hand a poor but healthy man enjoys sound sleep, though he may lead a poor life. His movements are active and he has the ability of enjoying the pleasure of life. The first thing for sound health is to practice
regular physical exercise. It keeps both the body and mind fit for work. The mind and brain cannot work prefectly if the body does not function accordingly. Actually, a sound mind and brain can live only in a sound body. A balanced diet and a sound sleep are also necessary for sound health. One should follow the rules of sanitation and eat nutritious, food. Otherwise, one's good health can be affected. So, we should follow the rules of good health to keep ourselves fat.
