A lunch terminal is generally built on the bank of a river. It is commonly  found floating. Again, we see terminal buildings at some important places. Whether it is a floating terminal or a terminal building. There is a pier as a connecter between a terminal and the store. As Bangladesh is a land of rivers, motor lunches and stemars are important means of our water ignored at all. A launch terminal is usually crowded. People gather
from various places and wait for their respective launches. Many launches ply throughout day and night in their various routs. Passengers have to pay entry fee at the gate of the terminal. Along with them a large number of hawkers and porters are also found there. On the arrival and departure of the launches, the passengers hear horn. The busy movement of life is seen in and around the launch terminal. But except the launch timings, a terminal seems apparently to be calm and quiet.
