Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that my father who is a government employee has recently been transferred from Dhaka to Khulna. As a result our family is going to be shifted there very soon. This naturally makes me leave your school though I have a great fascination for the school.

I will, therefore, deem it a favour if you kindly issue me a transfer certificate at an early date so that I can get myself admitted into a school in Khulna. In the connection, I beg to add that I have already cleared up all my dues up to the current month and that there is no book or any school article with me.
